Ugo Diribe – CEO
Mr. Diribe is an experienced leader with extensive technical, operational and project management experience, spanning multiple decades in the Oil/Gas/Petrochemical industry, working with major global multinational corporations. Mr. Diribe has managed Major Capital Projects (MCP), Upstream and Downstream facility engineering & design, Process Engineering Consulting, Construction, Commissioning & Start-up, Gas & LNG plant design and operations, Process Facility Optimization, Process Integration, LNG Production Planning, Gas Supply Master-Planning, Gas contracts negotiations, Oil & Gas products processing and economics optimization.
Mr. Diribe is a Certified Project Management Practitioner (PMP). He has a master’s degree in chemical engineering from Odessa National Polytechnic University, Ukraine and an MBA from the University of Houston, Victoria, Texas in USA. His career in the Oil & Gas industry has evolved through diverse work experience of increasing responsibility across North America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

SHASHI GUPTA - VICE PRESIDENT OF ENGINEERING
Mr. Gupta has extensive design and engineering experience in offshore and onshore Oil & Gas processing spanning more than four decades. Mr. Gupta has held senior technical positions in the energy industry in different parts of the world, with vast knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry from major projects across Africa, Asia, Europe and America. He led engineering teams to successfully execute multi-million-dollar projects. He has also worked on several challenging offshore development projects with subsea scope, ranging from drilling, installation, operations, integrity management and other field development projects across the globe. He has a strong technical background and understands the dynamics of the oil and gas industry.
Mr. Gupta holds a degree in engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Utah USA.
